what we are up to....

We are doing so much these days that our parents are absolutely amazed! The funniest thing happened the other day. My Daddy brought Titan in to our Mommy's bed where I was squawking to my Mommy and I turned to my brother and started to squawk to him and he began to cry. I guess my squawk has a bite. After that my brother learned how to squawk back. Our parents are so happy to see that we have started to play with each other. We like to arm wrestle more than anything. Now that we are big enough, we bathe in the big tub together and it is so much fun. I love to splash around but Titan just lays there as if he were at the day spa. Yesterday I was kicking and splashing so hard that I actually kicked the drain and boy did that hurt. I couldn't stop crying.
Some of the things we like to do is sing songs, play peek-a-boo with our Mommy and duck, duck, goose with our Daddy. We have two new Johnny Jumpers and as much as I love to jump my brother actually enjoys it more than me. My Grandma calls me a little frog because I can't sit still. I practically jump out of my Mommy's lap. We have so many new toys that we are playing with. We love the ball that rolls around when we push it's buttons, the dog that sings and most of all our baby Mozart DVD. We are learning to sit up on our own but which ever comes first spiting up or tipping over quickly puts an end to that.
We are looking forward to our 6 month appointment with our pediatrician so we can start eating baby food.
Our computer has a virus so it will be down for a while so we won't be posting until after our 6 month appointment. We will also be able to post some pictures for you but until then....we love you!

5 months old

Sorry, once again we are late posting, our computer got a virus and our Daddy has been working like mad to fix it.
Yes, we are 5 months old...can you believe it? Our Mommy moved our crib into our room and we take turns sleeping in it. We also have a crib in our Mommy's room. Our Mommy and Daddy got to sleep in the same bed together for half the night last night and then it was off to the "ice box" for Daddy once I (Titan) woke up for my 1am feeding. My brother likes to sleep on his tummy but I like to sleep on my back propped up on a pillow and of course we prefer our parents bed over our crib. We are making all kinds of noise these days. In fact my Mommy calls my brother "Squawk box". He is always squawking! We are rolling over occasionally and we love to hold things in our hands. We still drool a ton and have to have our shirts changed regularly. We have even developed a small rash under our chins from all the drool. We have gone on several walks lately because the weather has been so nice, the furthest has been 4 miles. On Friday our Mommy left us for about 10 hours so she could drive up north to see our Auntie Sylvia get married. She sure misses us when she's gone but our Daddy loves to have us all to himself every now and then. On Sunday we celebrated our Daddy's 36th birthday. Our Mommy bought him some weights so he can get big and strong again, I guess we just aren't quite heavy enough to give him a work out:) Our Mommy is looking forward to Valentines day and is hoping Daddy will take her out on a date.
We have posted a picture of us wrestling and will try to post more next month once our computer is all fixed.
We love you all....Have a Happy Valentines day!

4 months old...

Sorry, we are a little late posting our 4 month visit to our pediatrician.
I (Tristan) weighed in at 14lbs 6oz and 23 1/4in. I have had a lot more acid reflux than my brother, therefore he is a bit bigger than I. He weighed in at 15lbs even and is 24in long. My parents can't believe how much heavier a half a pound feels. They have started calling my brother Titan "the Tank" Dellos. We were really looking forward to being four months old because we thought we could start eating baby cereal but our doctor said that we are technically only 2 1/2 months old and that we have to wait two more months. Other than that we are doing well and growing as expected. We had our first cold this past week, we experienced nasal washing a little more than we had liked. It is now RSV season and we are no longer immune so our parents are really being cautious and asking that no sick visitors come visit. We only have two more months and then our parents can start taking us places. They are really looking forward to taking us to the gym with them, they can't wait to get their workout routine back.
Our Grammy from Colorado came to visit us again for the second time since we were born. We had a fun time with her. Ever since she left we havn't stopped crying. We like that she holds us all the time!
This weekend our Mommy is having her first night away from us. She is throwing our Aunt Sylvia a bachelorette party. They will be going to the spa, having brunch, shopping, doing dinner in Zion, and sitting in the hot tub. Our Mommy is really looking forward to some girl time!

Here is a picture of me, I loves to do everything upside down just like when I was in my mommy's tummy.

Going Running...

Our Mommy took us in our new Jogging stoller and we aren't quite sure what we think of it yet. I (Titan) hold my breath everytime I go outside, especially when the cool air hits my face. We didn't go very far in our Jogger but at least our Mommy was able to get the tires dirty. Maybe next time we will be able to stay out a little longer.

Our Christmas day

We sure had a fun Christmas. We started our day out opening our presents. We got lots of clothes and toys. Our Great Grandma and Grandpa from Iowa sent us farm animals with John Deer tractor's and our very own John Deer tractor hats. We also got baby Einstein toys from our Grammy in Colorado, she is coming to visit us in two more weeks and we can't wait to show her all the new things we do.

After we opened all of our presents our parents put us down for a nap so they could have a big breakfast of pancakes and eggs.

Later our Grandma DeAnn came over and she brought us a Thomas the train book and a Mickey Mouse book that our Mommy read to us before we went to bed. When the sun started to go down our parents loaded us up in the car and took us into town to see all the Christmas lights. We didn't make it to far in the car before we fell asleep.

We want to Thank everyone for our Christmas gifts and tell you we love you very much.

Christmas Eve...

Today our Grandma DeAnn and cousins came over to bake pumpkin rolls and play with us. We had such a great time. Our Mommy put us in our Silent Night onsies that our Aunt Sylvia bought for us before we were born. Our parents don't think tonight will be a silent night though! Today was so beautiful here in St. George that when our Daddy came home from work we all went for a walk...well of course they pushed us in our stroller. Our aunt Lish sent us a big package in the mail today and we can't wait to open it and see what is inside. We have so many presents under the tree that our Mommy doesn't know where she is going to put everything. She can't believe how much room we take up already. She said her house has turned into a toy store. We have posted some pictures of our day and hope you enjoy them. Love you all, Tristan and Titan

Titan's First's...

Our Mommy let us sneak into some of our Christmas presents a little early! Our parents bought us an exersaucer and we have been having a lot of fun in it; we are able to hit the toys and stand up in our seat. This week Titan had his first mess in the bath tub... Yuck! He also had his first messy face after spitting up on Mommy's shoulder then rubbing his face in it. Our Mommy got a picture of it on her phone but doesn't know how to transfer it to the computer. It is really cute! We are making lots of noise these days, we love to coo along with our Mommy. We also have the biggest smiles you have ever seen. Our Mommy loves to capture them on her phone and send them to friends and family, so if anyone wants her to send a picture via her cell phone just let her know.
We are so excited that Santa is coming to our house tomorrow night. We have been singing "Santa's coming to town" all morning. Our Mommy is so excited to see us open our Christmas presents. She said she hopes Santa brings us lots of clothes because we are growing so fast that she can't keep up. She is also exited for her big present, Our Daddy is buying her a Jogging stroller (so she can get those last ten pounds off) for her to take us running with her. Our Mommy is ready to start teaching us sign language, we mimic her so much already that she just knows our little brains are learning new things every day. Our Mommy has been told that our "Terrible Two's" won't be so terrible if we can communicate with her using sign language.

We are looking forward to our Daddy getting half a day off tomorrow and all day off Christmas day to play with us. We over heard our Daddy telling our Mommy that one of his banks got robbed last week...I guess Santa won't be bringing the robber any presents this year, he's been Naughty!

We love you all very much and wish you the best Merry Christmas ever. HO HO HO!!! Tristan and Titan Dellos
